4.1 Products and Availability

The online store may offer books, publications, and branded merchandise. We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately, but colors, dimensions, packaging, cover designs, and other details may appear differently depending on your device or may change from time to time. All products are subject to availability.

4.2 Prices, Taxes, and Payment

• Prices and the currency applicable to a purchase are shown during the checkout process. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors and may cancel an affected order, subject to applicable law.

• Any taxes, shipping charges, or other fees charged by us will be shown or calculated during checkout where possible.

• For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by us unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.

• Payments are processed through the Wix store system and its integrated payment providers. We do not store full credit card details on our own servers.

4.3 Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the price or product information contains a material error, or the order appears fraudulent or unlawful. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded, subject to applicable law.

 

4.4 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, charges, and any estimated delivery times are presented during checkout where available. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of postal, courier, customs, security, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed shipment, or import requirements may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

4.5 Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Our standard voluntary return period for physical products is 30 days from delivery, subject at all times to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

• To qualify for a voluntary return, the item should be unused, in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

• Books or merchandise that show material signs of use, damage, or missing parts not caused by us may be ineligible for a full voluntary refund, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

• If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us promptly. Where the claim is valid, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

• Unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or applicable law requires otherwise, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility and original shipping charges may be non-refundable.

• Refunds that are approved will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

• Items specifically identified as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase will be treated accordingly only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Before sending a return, please contact us using the details in Section 13. Returns should not be sent to a manufacturer or other third party unless we instruct you to do so.
