Paul's Letters

Paul—Sha'ul of Tarsus—was a Pharisee before he was an apostle, and he never stopped being a Jew. His letters are urgent, argumentative, pastoral and personal, written to real congregations wrestling with real problems: how Jew and Gentile live together as one body without either erasing the other.
