About Netivyah

‘Netivyah’ means ‘the way of the Lord’ in Hebrew and resonates Psalm 119:105, “Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.”  We believe in the God of Israel and that Yeshua is the Messiah promised in God's Word, Who “saves His people from their sins.” (Matthew 1:21)

First Century Faith In Twenty-First Century Jerusalem

Netivyah aims to be faithful to the Word of God and looks to the first century community of followers of Yeshua the Messiah. Netivyah’s primary goals are to:

  1. Restore the Jewish roots of the New Testament by providing teachings from within its Jewish context, as a natural continuation of the ‘Old Testament.’

  2. Provide resources and tutorials that explain how we can live our Biblical faith (such as the holidays) in a practical way.

  3. Update with news from Israel, and also teach about the Land of Israel from within its biblically appropriate setting.

  4. Provide humanitarian aid as if we serve the King Himself (see Mathew 25).

We fulfill these goals through developing teachings and publications, building community, and providing humanitarian aid.

Teachings

Our vision is to build up the Body of Messiah by developing educational materials such as our printed Teaching from Zion magazine and books, weekly ‘Netivyah News’ emails, video tutorials, audio recordings, step-by-step guides for celebrating the Biblical holidays, and other resources which can be found on our website.

Hospitality

Joyfully opening our doors free of charge, we host weddings, fellowship events, and festive holiday meals for Holocaust survivors. From our Jerusalem rooftop to baptisms at the Jordan River, we share our facilities to bless the Body of Messiah.

Humanitarian Aid

In Matthew 25, Yeshua is asked on judgment day, “Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?” The King answers, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’”

Please join us in caring for the needy of Israel as if serving Yeshua Himself.
