Hebrew Language

For nearly two thousand years Hebrew was spoken to God and almost to no one else—preserved in prayer, in Torah, in studies and in letters between distant communities. Then it woke up. Today it is the language of Sinai and also of arguing about parking in Tel Aviv. This is the story of a language that God himself preserved.
